We are seeking a reliable and experienced Support Worker in Murray Bridge to provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities. This role involves assisting with personal care, daily living, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines
• Provide support with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, social events, and community activities
• Encourage independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
• Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling training
• Unrestricted driver’s licence
• Own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to person-centred care
